ROMI OLIPHANT DEBT COUNSELLING SERVICES(RODCS) NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE

I joined Romi Oliphant Debt counselling services from Witbank since last year. I must say I am very hurt and disappointed with a level of service they have provided to me. I am not getting assistance at all instead they dont answer my calls at all now. I dont understand why they mislead people that they are helping them while they dont. I have tried every means of communication with them but still they are never reachable and meanwhile some of my accounts are being handed over while I am under the. Why are you doing this to innocent people?
