These guys are the reason i'm moving out of Stanely park. I have never experienced such incompetency and bad service. I paid R600 just last week for my charges, now i'm getting a bill of R 4600. Yesterday my bill was R60, how the hell did i accumulate R4540 over night? Now I've been waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes, no answer. I hope IHS knows what we have to deal with.
