Unacceptable service delivery, very dissapointed

It is almost a year since our wedding (9 May 2015) and still no video to show for it. <br> Romanza productions are quick to take on clients and smooth talk their way into landing the deal. They pitch on the day and do the work but then no communication is received from them for months at a time... if you try calling them they do not answer your calls, emails receive no reply and sms/WhatsApp messages go unread. There is no way of getting hold of them or through to them. <br> <br> We sent through a letter of demand and soon received correspondence from them promising that the video would be ready around the 24 February 2016, we are still waiting!!!<br> <br> The service received has been ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE and I am so disappointed that I chose them instead of the various other reliable videographers out there.<br> <br> Come on Romanza pull your socks up!
