Romanza Films - Non Delivery of wedding film/video

Nicholas De Kock was appointed to capture the video of our wedding. The agreement stated that full payment is required before the day of the wedding, which we comp**** with. The agreement further stated that delivery of the video would be 4 months after the wedding day. To date (28 September 2015) almost 6 months later, we have not received the video. After numerous attempts to contact Nicholas, by email, sms and telephonically, even contacting other videographers in the industry to reach out to him. He has not provided us with the video and is rejecting our calls and ignoring our emails.<br> <br> We paid this guy R 14 500, and we still have not received even a phone call from him since the day of the wedding.<br> <br> Absolutely disgusting...please help
