Romanza Films -No delivery of wedding film

We appointed Nicholas de Kock from Romanza Films to capture our wedding video. The contract stipulated that full payment is required (in our case R16 000) before the wedding date and that the delivery date is 4 months after the wedding. After trying to contact Nicholas numerous times via email, sms and phone call, we still had no response. Eventually on the 2nd of December 2015 (a week before we were supposed to receive our wedding video) we got an email from Nicholas saying that he is very behind with editing and will let us know when he is done. We got back to him saying that it is not acceptable but we will give him chance until the 9th of January 2016 to get the editing done. He rep**** and said that he will do so. It is now the 12th of January 2016 (more than 5 months from our wedding date) and we have once again tried to contact Nicholas to ask him when we can receive our wedding video, and still no response! <br> <br> It is absolutely unacceptable and we do not know what to do
