9 months after our wedding, still waiting.

It has now been 9 months since Romanza Films captured our wedding. What was supposed to be a 3-4 month wait, has now turned into a 9 month wait. Nicholas does not reply to our emails and the last response from him was 4 months ago, with an empty promise of a 'stunning' final video. We find his service extremely unprofessional as he does not have the courtesy to inform us of the continued delay in delivery. We have unfortunately now resorted to legal action and cannot advise anyone to make use of his services.
