Rude service from Ntabile

Bad service. 2nd time ordering online. 1st time they admitted that they did not checked or missed placed the order. Today again did not received it apparantly. Then Ntabile very rude lady stands at the kitchen side talking nonsens in her language saying she thinks we did not placed it. While showing the evidence and time order was placed. she still talks nonsens. We as customers is paying her salary. She is extremely rude. I hope Romans head office will actually give her a warning as she will be the reason they loose customers.
