Bad turning into Good

We ordered beef lasagne at Romans in Three Rivers on the Mr D app but received chicken lasagne. We were very upset with the incorrect order, as the charge was R302, and my order clearly stated beef lasagne, not chicken lasagne. So the person who received the order in the store, did not read. After numerous phone calls to try to get to Mr D (impossible) and to Romans Pizza Three Rivers, eventually got hold of the manager of the shop - who promised to call back, but he never did. I eventually phoned again and landed up speaking to Alida, who was super helpful, she said she will try and get a delivery person from Mr D, by this time it was already after 8. I phoned again, and she said that she got eventually got hold of a delivery person, and that we just need to wait for 20 minutes for the beef lasagne to finish cooking. We got our food at approximately 20h25, thanks to Alida who was prepared to go the extra mile for a client. As someone ordering regularly from Mr D, and hardly ever having problems, I need to compliment Alida on her friendliness, and her being super prepared to help a client in distress. Romans Three Rivers, promote Alida to Manager please.
