Wrong Pizza Order, Twice!

Yesterday my husband called in an order at Romans Pizza New Redruth Alberton, to collect. We ordered x2 large pizzas, one thin base one thick, and x2 small pizzas, both thick based. Upon getting home all were thin based and my large extra cheese margarita pizza(now thin not thick based as I wanted)had little to no tomato/bolognaise base and if that was extra cheese, I fear what normal cheese would look like! The worst part is exactly the same thing concerning the thin/thick bases happened the previous Sunday, at the same branc, and the week before that, at the Lambton/Hazeldene Germiston branch. This time I was fuming and called the manager of the alberton branch, who couldn't explain why or how, didn't bother to take my number or ask me to bring the pizza so he can check ect. Oh no. He just said sorry he can't help that and it won't happen again. What won't happen again, sir, is my family trusting your franchise with a simple order.
