Wrong order two times

I ordered my pizza today at Romans Tzaneen Both were small ( fetaroni and chicken and mushroom ) , my order came through and it was not what I’ve ordered The lady who was helping me order was very rude and spoke with a very high tone , she was wearing spectacles (didn’t get her name ) , she kept on insisting that I should have been more specific and I made her do the wrong order but clearly she ddnt hear me well The other sweet lady who was giving out orders said she will do the pizza again Guess what , my order was still not what I wanted ( this time it was thick base ) , they apologised and I ended up taking what I ddnt want . The lady with spectacles really have bad customer service
