Wrong order and unhappy client!!

Yesterday,3 November 2022,I ordered pizza through my Mr Devlievery App and paid cash.

Only to find out I got the wrong order. I sent a review immediately however I still haven't gotten a response. Also bare in mind that the pizza that was delivered included mushrooms of which I am allergic to so thus I didn't eat the entire pizza and I paid for nothing.

Can I get a solution to the mess that was created.
