WRONG ORDER

Today we went to buy pizza at this Romans pizza we ordered 1 BBQ CHICKEN & MUCHROOM AND 1 SEAFOOD PIZZA. Hilda asked us do we want thick or thin pizza base we said thick so she asked us both pizza's thick base we said yes. She told us it is going to be about 15min. We waited the 15min and when we got our pizza it was the wrong order of pizza. instead of 1SEAFOOD and 1 BBQ CHICKEN & MUCHROOM we get 2 BBQ CHICKEN & MUCHROOM , we told her this is not what we ordered she said oh sorry and it would take now 16min to make new pizza but she was not happy to help us or didn't make an effort to make plan to make the order right. This is not the first time our order got wrong at this Roman's. She was not paying attention to us , she was listening to the guy next to her who was on the phone and there was kitchen staff in the back that was so loud it sounded like if they were fighting . We took the pizza and left because Hilda had an bad attitude and didn't want to make an effort .
