wrong order

As friday is pizza night i decided to phone romans, i placed my order and asked please no green peppers so the lady told me it will be ready in one hour as i get there it is busy so i took the pizza and left but was i so mad when i got home and there lay the pizza full of tiny green peppers, so by this time my kiddies want to eat and they are mouning i phoned romans again and told them please fix your mistake the guy said its find i can go back and get a new pizza i told him no he must find a way to deliver as its cold i already went there im and not taking my kids out again in this dark. His respons was come and pick a free pizza up another day, i dont what a freaken free pizza i want the right one now and he just hang up the phone. But this was not the first time, for two months we didnt eat romans after the second mistake the third one was the final mistake romans will never see me again
