Worst service, would feed it to my dog

Romans Pizza Sundridge park, absolutely disappointing service.

Last week I ordered for delivery. I had to repeat my order five times and had to repeat delivery request the same.

After an hour and fiveteen minute I thought giving them a call as I understand they are busy.

Only to find out that the order was never placed. After speaking to the manager she said it will take another 30 min before they delivered. We'll this was past 7 pm already and I have hungry little mouths to feed.

I canceled the order and made alternative arrangements.

Well let's get to tonight. I placed the order at 16: 54 this afternoon. the order placing went smooth to my surprise. The person said it will be an hour. The pizza arrived at 18:05 not bad.

However once we opened the pizza boxes it looked like someone shook the boxes to their harts contect. The pizza was scattered all over the boxes and sticking to the lid.

By this time I had enough. I drove to your store in sundridge where customers were shocked to see what state my pizza was delivered in.

They made new pizzas but clearly had no shame in what happened a simple we apologise was all I got.

We order pizza from you 4 - 6 times a month from your store and I have to say this is the worst experience I have received.

Shape it up this is unacceptable.
