Worst service Romans The Berg 2nd time this week

Tried to order telephonically at The Berg Romans, lines down. Went through drive through which they locked before 8pm. Ordered thick base rib and mushroom with extra avo. no rib no avo thin base. went back they gave us hard stale avo. we are regular customers. ***. previous night raw bacon supreme. very disappointed!!
