Worst service from Romanz Ben fleur !!!!!

Romans ben fleur in witbank the worst worst service ever , i dont know why i go back and always support them ! Staff got no manners the time that they answer .

Ordered online and ALREADY PAID OR IT , Waiting for the pizza we ordered online over 1 hour and 30 min, and still waiting! Still no update if i will even still receive it

Phoned in 17 times , spoke to 3 different people - lines gets cut and when i eventually spoke to someone they said yes sorry they cant deliver because its raining, 1 hour and 30 min later , i must phone and get the message from them ??? What great service

Paid and still dont have feedback of when I will get it and how ??? Dont understand how this place is still open
