Worst service experience

We bought the meat lasagne on 14/03/2015 evening, upon arrival at home we realized that they had given us Vegetable lasagne.

On 15/03/2024 we returned it, only to be told that they gave us what ‘Head Office’ gave them so in other words they didn’t mess up the order and there isn’t much they can do.

I’m utterly disappointed with their lack of customer service from the cashiers who look at you as if they are annoyed by you entering the outlet to a unsympathetic manager who lacks interest in resolving the matter as this is the second time that I’m subjected to this.
