Worst service EVER!

On the 26th of April 2024, I went to Romans Pizza, the Welkom branch. I received the worst service ever. I’ve been a loyal customer of Roman’s Pizza since 2011. But today I even feel like never buying from the branch again. Firstly, they gave me an order that was meant for delivery, and then they gave the same order to someone else. Mind you I have already paid. I waited for more than 40 minutes for this order, only for them to give it to the other customer who arrived much later than I did. That customer only waited for a few minutes. As a result, I had to wait for my order again as they had to make me a new order. My child is stuck at crèche in a town that is 25 minutes away. I cannot cancel the order as I have already paid.

This is the worst service I have ever received from Roman’s Pizza. From now on, I’m going to buy pizza from other competitors.
