Worst service

Ordered pizza online to collect still had to wait 30 min in store for my pizza and the manager wasn't helpful at all. Why is there online orders to skip the que when you still have to wait. My SMS confirmation said pizza will be ready in 10min but waited almost 50 min from ordering to recieving my pizza. Romans pizza Nelspruit
