Worst Service

Call to order a pizza for dinner for the kids, place the order, make the payment then get told "that will be an hour" not happy but ok, I'll deal with it. An hour and a half later, still no Pizza. Call the shop to be told the delivery driver is just leaving. Tell them I'm not happy about this and want to talk to the manager, the response I get is, "he's too busy" I live a 5 min drive from the store(but had. 30 minutes later still no pizza. Get a call from the delivery driver saying I'm here out front, walk out front and surprise, surprise no driver!! Get on the phone to the shop again to ask for a refund to be told sorry we've made the pizza we don't do that, as I'm on the phone I being put on hold, the driver turns up. By this stage I just want a refund to go somewhere else, tell the driver I don't want the pizza and ask the store to refund my money to my card, only to be told "we don't do that either" we'will send the cash out. After asking why you can't do a reversal on the card, I'm told we can't. Ask when I'll get my refund and get told "we'll send it out". So I'm not expecting to see that money again. Was a loyal local customer for the better part of 10 years, but I will never use them again and advise anyone thinking of using them to avoid it if you either want to eat, or want a refund due to shocking service
