Worst service

I have never had a good service with the Weirda Park Romans Pizza Center. Everytime we would order online we would go and collect, our order is given to another customer or they haven’t even started making our order. What is the point of ordering online, giving us an order number and paying online if we have to wait for them to start the whole process when we get there?

I am really unhappy with their service and when we get there, there is no real reason given to us about why these things happen. Moreover we are just given a blank face and not really a suitable answer to our queries.

This is not satisfactory at all and this store needs to learn how to honor the online system or they should cancel the online system totally and just do walk in orders.
