Worst pizza ever from Romans

I bought pizza at romans pizza Auckland park and wow, what a extreme dissapointment! The pizza looked fine at first sight but when I actually got home it was extremely dry and hard. There was no taste and even the base of the pepperoni and pepperoni itself was burnt. The sweetelicious chicken was so dry you could literally break the pizza slice into 2 halves. I would really like to have a refund for this or voucher because I do not think I will ever buy from Romans again! Please contact me for further information or pictures and further investigation because I literally had to throw away the pizza after just having one bite.
