Worst experience at Romans Pizza at Norkem Park Corner

I bought a pizza at Romans Pizza,Norkem Park Corner, only to find out the chicken pizza to rotten. I then went back to complain about the pizza and the lady at the front desk confirmed indeed that the pizza was rotten but the manager Antonio was not willing to address my concerns. He then laid accusations that I was shouting cause I didn’t want the other pizza as a compensation of their errors. He then proceeded to call security when I asked he just smell the pizza to confirm it is rotten. When the security arrived, he was surprised to find no people shouting but said there is nothing he could do cause they were his clients. I felt that Antonio was dismissive and I feel angry cause during this whole time of discussion he felt me challenging him on the facts calmly as being shouting. Even the CCTV cameras will show how I was the calm one while he was threatening me saying even if I escalate the matter, no one will assist me. All I really required was an apology from him for my experience.
