Worst Experience at Romans Ever!

I took my mom to Romans to experience your normally good service and tasty food. Coming from Centurion I have had good service at the Reds Romans Pizza for years.<br> <br> However after experiencing the bad service at Old Farm Romans, I doubt I will support your brand anymore. Firstly I like a lot of cheese on my pizzas, and ordered 2 medium pizzas in a box - with 2 x extra cheese on both pizzas, and also ordered a supreme garlic bread. I paid the amount and was kinda amazed at the price, but thought it was because of all the extras.<br> <br> 30 minutes later, we became a bit impatient, as my experience is a turn around time of 15 minutes usually. They handed me 4 pizzas, no extra cheese on any of them, and because they waited for the garlic bread, the pizzas was lukewarm. I voiced my concern, but I was just stared at. And because I didn't want to cause a scene, I left. <br> <br> I just needed you to know about the bad service at this branch.<br> <br> Thanks.
