Worst experience @ a Romans Franchise

Horrible service...ordered online to speed up the process and avoid long queues,huge mistake ..SMS said pizza will be ready in 15 mins...got to the store an was told waiting time an hour...no real queue bt the place was so full of the ppl waiting...they busy with number 320 an im number 360...dont advertise specials if you cant cope with the flooding of orders
