Worst customer service of my life

I regret wasting my airtime and my fuel to drive to Roman's pizzas Honeydew for nothing, I called and spoke to the lady by the name of Rejoice and she **** and told me that Romans Pizzas no longer have any specials. When I got there the special of R149.90 for for 2 large pizzas was still running while my original bill was R190. Instead of apologizing for her mistake, she denied everything and her manager for today gave me the worst service I've ever experienced in my whole life, she never gave me a chance to explain my side of the story instead she told me to take my business else where, took her side and told me how they don't care about my money and how I should take my business else where or take my matter to the authorities if I wish to as they don't care. Woow guys, can you really say that to a new customers?
