-Welcoming:when I entered the store none of the staff members where friendly, there was no welcoming you'd expect at a place you're going to spend money at. - Cleanliness: The cleanliness wasn't the best the tables were a bit sticky and floors weren't the cleanest. -Food: My husband and I ordered a pizza( with extra toppings) and chicken poppers with peri peri sauce. The pizza was not nice. The dough was good but the sauce on the pizza was completely watered down. We found hair in our pizza when we told them about and made sure to tell them we don't want to make a fuss about it, they offered to make us a different pizza and we found hair in it again. We were very upset but still approached them calmly their response to the hair was that it was mushroom hair which we could see was human hair. The chicken poppers were small and not tasty at all. The peri peris sauce paired with the chicken poppers was okay.
