waiting over an hour for a pizza

I placed a order for the pizza specials last night at 17h26 telephonically.I arrived to collect at 18h00 due to an accident on the road.On my arrival the order wasnt ready,and when it eventually was,it was incorrect.I ordered 1 x thick and 1 x thin base pizza.I was told they just ran out of thick base pizza dough.They actually still had the dough at the time of my placing my order.In the interim of them not having the dough,till actually making my pizza,the dough arrived.i insisted on my thick base pizza as i dont eat thin base.They said it woult take about 8 min to do.I went to a shop nearby to purchase some goods,on my arrival at the store at 18h25 my pizza was still not ready.I then insisted in speaking to the manager,who then went to the back and brought out,i dont know who's pizza to give to me.Pity th other person that then had to wait.I requested the the store owners name and number.tried calling him directly,but you know with these guys,phone on voicemail.I will however try again today until i reach him.Pathetic to have to wait that long for 'fast food.Pizza's are normally ready after 15 min
