Waiting more than an hour for 4 pizzas

I placed an order online for 4 pizzas at 18:11 on 31 January 2020. It is now 18:58 and the lady at the counter of Diamond Pavilion Roman's Pizza informed me I have to wait another 25 minutes. More than an hour's waiting for 4 pizzas is ridiculous.
