Waiting in cold for Pizza!
What a way to start your Friday. Coming from work want to order take out for the family. I arrived at Romans at 17:25. I order 4 pizzas and normally the waiting time is 20 minutes, after waiting for 50 minutes in the cold at Romans and after 3 customer that was helped after me received their orders, I stood up and asked where the hell my order was, after the person behind the counter checked, he advise that the pizza was busy getting cut. Really this is bad service. What the hell!!!! You know it is end of the month and that you are busy but really waiting 50 minutes for pizza is ridiculous!
