Waiting for order for hour

<p>25 the January 2017, place an order over the counter at 16h55 at Romans Pizza in Montclair. Took them over an hour to give me my order. Even I wanted to cancel the order still took the ages. They literally refused to give me my money back from 16h47 the just ignored me. I eventually asked for the management contact numbers, they gave me a card. I phoned Mr Darius Smuts at 18h00, he said he will phone the manager to sort it out. Even after his phone call I was not attended to, I have never been so angry with service or lack thereof. They still made me wait for another 15 minutes after his call to give me any service. Is this the way to conduct business? They couldn't give me my pizza for an hour and when I wanted my refund took them another 20 - 30 mins and eventually when the give me the pizza 1 pizza is hot and the other pizza is cold and no apologies from anyone of the staff. I'm very angry this excuse of a service</p>
