Waiting for my refund

I bought Pizza on the 27 may 2023, after swiping their speed point got stuck and they said must swipe again because the first payment was not successful yet money was taken from my account, they told me system will reverse the money back to my account. Till today 05 June 2023 I’m still waiting for my money
