Waiting and waiting

I understand we are all people and people make mistakes,right? Why I don't stand for is the service (or lack their of) from your side and me trying to explain to my kid not to eat the pizza as its not what I ordered and we'll go change it just now. I phoned you, very politr trying to explain that I (order # 38) ordered a beef and cheese pizza which I have collected and paid for and when I got home realized that its not a beef and cheese. The lady who answered said she'll confirm the order and get back to me,which she did. I then explained that this is not what I ordered. She again said she'll speak to the manager and get back to me,which she did. She said her manager is requesting a picture of the pizza so they can see what went wrong. I said fine, no stress. Send me a whatsapp and I'll reply to it with the picture. Right,that was 2 hours ago and niks!!! I know its not beef because I've ordered it from you before. Time and effort wasted and nothing to show for it really gets under my skin. All I wanted was what I asked and paid for and I was even willing to drive back to you and swop it. I don't stay in town so now its 24km one way to get back to you for the service you lack? Not on!
