Waited so long for a pizza.....

<p>Order number 320 , inv number 462690 Time 21:00, we ordered 2 med pizzas, after 30 mins waiting as we were the next ones that ordered as no one before us, we asked where is out pizza as we saw numbers above us were getting there pizza already and we were still waiting. Then we get told they left our pizza in the oven and switched the oven off, then they started closing up shop locking us in side and have to ask several times for them to open the door. Then we asked for our money back and was told that cash up has been done, we must wait for the new pizza as it's in the oven now again. We walked out 21:45 for 2 med pizza's. This is really not acceptable at all for a chain store. I think training should be done over at the store. </p>
