Very Very bad service

I had a bad experience at roans pizza soshanguve I ordered online before 18h00 I was there at 18h45 the order was not ready yet. I even fall on top of the steel because of their un organize there was no order at all.i have asked for my refund the cashier told the manage he didn't even bother to ask why I want the refund
