Very unhelpful and rude

As it was long weekend,saturday 26/04/2015, i decided to go and buy pizza instead of cooking. i was literally the only person in the shop.about 15min after me,a couple arrived(by then i should have had my pizza already), then 10 min later another couple arrived. The couple that arrived after me received their pizza and left,when i asked why i havent received my pizza the guy putting the pizzas into boxes just said \im busy"without answering why people arriving after me that clearly did NOT call in to order and collect got their pizza first. 40 min later i received my pizza along with the couple that arrived and ordered 25min after myself. Very unhappy"
