Very slow service

Very dissappointed with the customer service. I ordered 2 margherita pizzas via phone was order would be ready after 20 mins. On arrival, I was frustrated that I still had to join a very long queue like everyone else( defeats the purpose of phoning). The second issue was i had to wait another 30 minutes for 2 simple margherita pizzas. The turnaround time for orders is the slowest Ive witnessed at any Romans pizza. ( Being an avid customer) please anyone, somebody fix this before the service drives us away!!!
