Very rude staff Vanderbijlpark

One of the rudest lady at the front desk. Twice now she has shown nothing but disrespect to us. This last time her manager decided to join in. She prompts my husband to go get a coke at the pick n pay it’s cheaper as she doesn’t want to take the time to add a coke to our online order. My husband then told the manager to give him a coke, he did and merely gave the rude lady a look. Then they failed to hand us the pasta order. When my husband returned they said you should of checked your order before you left... I understand that but there are much more polite ways to handle things. Also they take no responsibility to check orders... then when they found it in the kitchen they say how lucky we are as we didn’t bother to check our order! It’s called customer service for a reason. Maybe Romans’ must invest in some special people s****s classes for this gem.
