Very Poor service
I ordered pizza over the phone at 6h30 pm in Jubilee Mall Haarmanskraal Roman's Pizza, waited for 2 hrs to get my order, worse part I use public transport. I complained to the manager about their service and he said to me " I just talk because I don't do pizza, standing there and being the one doing pizza is not the same". However I wonder why is the guy a manager if he fail to deliver?

Waiting times do tend to be longer during rush hour and specials and the store would advise on their waiting time. May I please advise if you may please request waiting time when placing your order.
