Very poor customer service

I called Romans Pizza Protea Glen yesterday at 11:42 to order and was told to collect my order in 15 minutes. 20 minutes I get there and my order was not ready yet so I waited...after about a good 30 minutes my order is still not ready so I walk out as the lady I spoke to kept taking orders and attending to walk ins without updating me...I went home and only got a call at 15:00 imagine 3 hours later they notice that I have left the store...I've never seen such poor customer service...totally Disappointed Romans Pizza
