Very disappointing service!!!

I ordered Pizza from Romans Pizza Newlands yesterday 30th December around 8:05pm. The business confirmed that they close at 9pm, and they would be able to take my order. Upon picking up the order and getting home, I discovered that I had been given 2 very cold large pizzas. It was obvious that the food was not freshly made, and they had either taken it out of the fridge (most likely freezer) and had served it as my order. This was my first terrible experience with Romans Pizza Newlands, a place I had ordered from many times in the past. I am very disappointed and will not go there again! Romans Pizza, Newlands, you can do better!!!
