Very Bad service
<p>I have phoned on Friday for my order to be collected the lady called Juliette informed me that it will take more a less 30 to 35 min then I can collect it I had guest at my house that is why I phoned in for collection.</p> <p><br />When I arrived the queue to stand was enormous and I had to stand and the queue for 10 min, when I arrived in the front the lady informed me that my order is still not ready and will be ready in 5 min, it was not 5 min it was 25 min. I am not impressed with the service I received and think they need to make a queue just for collections. The fact that they told me it will take 5 min and end up to 25 min is unacceptable.</p> <p><br />It was at Northmead Romans Order 325 - Inv 448643</p> <p><br />Please advise.</p> <p> </p>
