Very Bad Service

On 14 July 2017 I phoned an order in to Romans Pizza Rooihuiskraal. Went to collect and had a long wait. When we got home we found the wrong pizzas had been given! Had to go all the way back to the store and they did not even apologise. I reported this online and received a confirmation email back confirming that I had reported this. 4 months later I have still had NO contact from Romans Pizza. Needless to say the pizza's were cold by the time we got home. DISUSTED in Romans Pizza customer service and have not suported them since!
