Usually good, but specific branch can be improved drastically

My husband and I usually love Romans Pizza. Our closest branch is CR Swart, Roodepoort. This specific branch is degraded. The food is often given to you cold and Romans pizza usually has an excellent standard but this branch isn't as fresh as other branches are. Today we ordered the garlic and Pepperoni bread roll, and It tasted very different to what It did a year back. This branch needs to be looked at. The pizza's and the food should be piping hot and the quality has to be much fresher.
