Useless staff members at Romans Pizza Bethlehem !!!

The staff at Roman’s Pizza Bethlehem are the laziest ****ing people I’ve ever had to deal with. You make phone calls to place orders and they completely ignore the calls. I literally went down to the shop to sit in the parking and call before walking in and not once let my call drop. The women there literally ignored this phone call for the whole 8 minutes it was ringing and this would have followed me calling them over ten time before actually coming to the store. When I asked them why they don’t pick up calls I was told that they’re not paid to pick up calls and patrons must stop annoying them. Whoever owns that branch is loosing money because of *********** staff. Fire the shift manger and get yourself better staff members that don’t treat patrons like they’re doing us a favour. ABSOLUTE BULL**** SERVICE!!!!
