Useless Service at the Mamelodi West branch

If you want to be treated like an animal goto the Mamelodi West branch and you get told " wait keep bereka Kate batho", what am I a dog?I called and placed my order in order to avoid the cue and I was told to come after an hour which I did. When I got there the order was actually out but I had to wait another half an hour for my order when I decided to to go back to the counter and told him to check a specific box that's when I received my order.
