Useless place

I ordered various items from Romans Pizza in Brackenhurst telephonically and even collected. When I got home the one meal was not there so I called the branch. All was ok until the manager had the cheek to tell me to walk to come and fetch my meal. I asked why they could not deliver seeing that I was about 5km away from them and it is their mistake. After arguing he then took my address details and said he will deliver. I waited for this to happen and after about 30min I called to find out when my missing meal will arrive. I then get told that the boss said he must not deliver. They did not even bother letting me know that they were going back on their commitment. I guess this franchise must be making so much money that they can afford to treat people badly. This place will not see me again and I will make sure every person I know will know about this no care attitude.
