Useless App and service

We ordered out pizza on the App at Romans Pizza in Three Rivers. I received a sms and email that stated my order is done. When we wanted to pick our food up, our order did not exist. They were not even helpful to try and sort us out. Very sour service from a place we usually liked.. Well, never again!!
