Unsatisfied customer

I’ve had a bad experience at Romans Pizza Krugersdorp paardekraal centre. My order was place at 11:17 at 11:45 I realised customers that came way after me received their orders first. Only whe I enquire about my order I noticed that they haven’t even started with my order. Yet they continued with other customers orders. Eventually I got my order at 11:58
