Unprofessional Service

Romans Pizza Madilefie Don't honour online ordering customers. They don't prepare their orders. I have place order twice on two occasions because I don't want to come and queue, and I was told that my order will be ready in 50mins. On getting there to fetch my order after the stipulated 50mins only to be told that my order is not ready. I am being treated like I just arrived there to order and have to wait like every other customers who had just got there to order. What is the point of online ordering at this pizza joint? It should be s****ped.
